Blond Hard Plastic Mystery Doll

Here is a lovely little doll that I found while shopping in the Antique shops in Lancaster, PA.  The dolly was terrible bent in all different directions wrapped up in a plastic bag.  Her wig was one big tangle.  When out of the plastic bag, she stood 14" tall.  She was in very bad need of restringing, but she stood up for her pictures.  Her synthetic wig was not attached, making it easy for me to cleanse and style.  Her wig must have been worn up at one time, because of the way the hair was rooted in the fabric.  I tied a peach ribbon in her hair to keep the wig secured. She had sleep eyes, and a hard plastic body.  Her coloring was so nice, and her face so pretty.
I dressed her in a very light mint green dress that was also purchased in Lancaster.
I thought she looked lovely in her mint green dress with her hair nicely done.

Pretty Changes Barbie

Pretty Changes Barbie in a yellow Barbie dress with matching yellow dress. She was originally dressed in yellow, but not this outfit.  Pretty Changes Barbie was produced in 1978.

Dream Glow Barbie Dress

Dream Glow Barbie dress.  The Barbie in the first photo is just modeling.  The dress has stars on the skirt and the "wrap" that glow in the dark.  The bodice is a hot pink "velvet" like material with light pink tie straps and lace around the top of the bodice. The Barbie doll (dress) was produced in 1985

Malibu Barbie Manufactured in Korea

This Malibu Barbie was manufactured in Korea.  Barbie Dolls were made in Korea from 1973 to 1978.  So although you may see the 1966 year on her buttocks, the country she was made in tells the real date of manufacture.

Princess Edeline Barbie from the 12 Dancing Princesses

Princess Edeline Barbie From the 12 Dancing Princesses Collection.  She is dressed in a different dress than she was sold in. She also originally had a crown.

Lovely Vintage Midge Doll

Vintage Midge doll with Blond Hair and Freckles.  I was so lucky to find her and a Fashion Queen Barbie on the same day.  I will post the pics of the Fashion Queen at a later date.  Midge is in really good vintage shape.

Her very sweet profile and super cute freckles.

1997 Barbie Rapunzel

This lovely 1997 Barbie Rapunzel was a lucky find when I purchased a late 60's early 70's Barbie fold up house.  She was tucked inside with a couple of other barbies.  I combed her hair and braided it.  Her crown is attached to her head.

1997 Charity Ball Barbie

This is a lovely Charity Ball Barbie from 1997.  She has never been removed from the box, so she is a little difficult to see.   The price on this box is 24.99.

I hope this and other posts help to identify your wonderful barbie finds.

Butterfly Princess Barbie

I love to identify Barbie dolls without the boxes they came in.  This barbie appears to be in the correct dress as well.  She has "golden" earrings and a pink bow in her hair.  The boxed doll had a few accessories with her, but this barbie does not.  She was originally sold in 1994.

As you can see, several of the butterfly wings have fallen off.  She is still lovely!

The Heavenly Doll by ATC

This is a sweet little Nun doll, I was fortunate enough to have found her in the box.  I never found out much about her.  The dolls clothing was stapled on to her hard plastic body.

On the side of the box it is written
"She moves her eyes"
"She moves her head"
"She moves her arms"

You may have guessed by this that her body is molded plastic.  Her white shoes are painted on.  Her dress is a satin like fabric.  Her headpiece and collar are a light plastic.  Her poor dress was flattened in the back due to being in the box for many years.
I hope these posts may help anyone with items like these, or that simply enjoy dolls.
Here is a lovely Kitchen made for Barbie sized dolls.  It is not made by mattel.  I believe it to be from the 80's or 90's.  The pieces are big and heavy.

The largest piece is the sink and dishwasher, with the cabinets and drawers.  The sink has a "spray nozzle" that actually shoots water out when you press on it.  The water compartment is underneath the sink.  Next to the sink is the dishwasher, it has a pull out tray for the barbie dishes.
The stove has a light inside, and the other buttons make "cooking noises".

The refrigerator was missing a middle section, and would not work.  It must have made noises, and had an inside light.
Inside the box were lovely metal pans, pots, cookware, and flatware.  There were also many plastic dishes and a table as well.  I had so much fun playing "barbies" with my girls and this set.  We had to get an enormous barbie house to fit this in.  I bought one that will convert to a book case.

Ohio Art Black Swan Tea Set

This tea set was quite a find for me.  Although my "true love" is Barbie, I thought this tea set was quite impressive.
